You will first be guided through 4-60 minute personal training sessions( once a week) . These form the base upon which you will learn mobility sequences or flows. The tools learned in this course will help you get stronger and more flexible and provide you with the tools and confidence to incorporate mobility training into your current workout schedule.
I will make a personal home care routine that will help you reinforce your new skills.
